Due to the loss of income from unpaid Annual Assessments, effective 1 January 2021, KVHOA will start filing liens on homes that have past due Annual Assessments and/or accumulated interest, fees, fines or other charges that equal or exceed 2 years of Annual Assessments 

($340 or over.)

Due to the Governor's Proclamation issued in February, effective 2/29/20 KVHOA had stopped initiating collection actions against home owners who had not paid their annual assessments. The proclamation was rescinded effective 6/17/20 so we are going to begin collection actions again but will not be charging interest or late fees at this time.
