In order to attend, the board will need you to request by e-mail a link to the meeting by or before 5 PM Thursday, March 10

The email must include the following information:

1. Your request to attend
2. Your name
3. Your residence address
4. Your preferred email address
   

You must be a homeowner to participate in HOA meetings

 In response to your request we will send you an acknowledgement we have received your request.
 

One days before the meeting we will send an email with the link to the meeting. 

In order to vote you will need to have no outstanding assessments owing to the HOA.

1. Welcome Neighbors. Call meeting to order.
2. My pleasure to introduce the Board Members.
3. Reading of last meeting's notes.
4. Treasurer's Report.
5. 2021 Capital Projects Updates:
   1. Co-Op School sidewalk and driveway repair to meet ADA compliance.
   2. Repair several wood siding defects.
   3. Repair or replace area lighting.
   4. Repair or replace gutters and down spouts.
   5. Check roof for possible repairs, repair spouts.
   6. Repair or replace playground equipment. 
   7. Landscape playground equipment areas with new borders and chips.
   8. Install French drains to eliminate water buildup at playground swing area.
6. Open Discussion from Owners.
7. Close Discussion. Adjourn open meeting. 
8. Board Members remain for short discussion and schedule of next meeting.

3. Progress on Proposed Projects for 2021:
   1.  Inspect and repair as needed the following listed parts of the building housing the Marysville Preschool; sidewalk, gutter system (complete), wood siding, roof (complete) and security system (complete).
   2. Inspect and repair/or replace playground equipment
   3. Repair and re-chip playground areas. Superior Landscaping/bid (complete).
   4. Restriping co-op school parking lot & posting employee parking only (complete).   
   5. City Of Marysville parking changes to 62nd Dr. NE from end of cul-de-sac south around to 61st Ave NE (nothing new here yet).
   6. Mail Boxes Decals
      1. No parking within 10 feet of mailboxes. Violators will be towed.
